4.7.3. Removal and installation of the top section of the pallet of a case
|
|
- Establish a steering wheel in the situation corresponding to the rectilinear movement of the car.
- Remove back facing of the bottom of a body.
- Remove the top cover of the engine.
|
|
- Holding a cowl, separate from it both holding racks.
|
|
|
- Bring a cowl into vertical position and record it, having screwed two bolts of M8 in loops.
|
- By means of lifting adaptation hang out the engine for forward and back lifting eyes so to unload a beam of the forward bridge.
- Remove a cooling system fan casing.
|
|
- Turn out a bolt (1) and disconnect the pipeline (2) GUR.
|
|
|
Collect the following GUR liquid. If necessary replace sealing rings of the pipeline. |
- Remove the lower section of the pallet of a case (see the Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case).
|
|
- Weaken collars (1) of a drain oil pipeline and take away a hose (2) back.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1), unclench a clip (2) and remove the thermofilter (3).
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1), disconnect a positive wire (2) of the rechargeable battery together with a flange from a beam of the bridge and tie up behind.
|
- Perform the operations described in paragraphs with 10 on 18 Sections Removal and installation of the top section of the pallet of a case.
- Disconnect a steering shaft from the steering mechanism (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
|
|
In order to avoid damage of a spiral spring to a steering column upon termination of its works it is necessary to center surely. |
|
|
- Give nuts of the left and right pillows of support of the engine.
|
|
|
- Turn out a bolt (1) on AT and disconnect pipelines (2) ATF.
|
|
|
If necessary replace sealing rings of pipelines. |
- Prop up a beam of the forward bridge by means of the hydraulic elevator, turn out bolts of its fastening and lower a beam as low as possible (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1) on a case of the transmission and all bolts (2) top sections of the pallet of a case.
|
|
|
At installation pay attention to various moments of tightening of bolts of M6 and M8. Use new laying of the top section of the pallet of a case. |
|
|
- In case of replacement of the top section of the pallet of a case it is necessary to rearrange whenever possible a partition (2) from the old pallet on new.
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
- Apply on the interfaced surface between a cover of a back epiploon of a bent shaft and a case of the engine a strip (height of 2 mm and 3 mm wide) Drei Bond 1209 sealant;
- Greasing by oil laying of the top section of the pallet of a case is not allowed. Use new laying;
- Tighten bolts in a cross order.
