4.7.9. Removal and installation of driving belts and their natyazhitel

Driving belts

For removal of a belt of the drive of the K/V compressor the generator drive belt has to be taken off. If further use of the taken-off belt is supposed, note the direction of its movement.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remember the scheme of laying of belts on pulleys. Give a cap nut (1) of a krylchatka of the fan of the cooling system, trying not to damage a radiator. Wring out a natyazhitel of a driving belt for a hexagon (1) in the direction of an arrow and take off a driving belt (2). Removal of a belt of the drive of the K/V compressor Check a condition of a belt (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car) and if necessary replace it. Lay a driving belt on pulleys and rollers and make sure of correctness of its situation. At installation of already used belt observe the former direction of its movement.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Take off a generator drive belt. Remove a cooling system fan casing (see the Head of the Cooling system of the engine, heating, ventilation and conditioning). Uncover (1) bolt and turn out it. Turn out a bolt (2) on a damper. Turn out the screw and take out a damper from the holder. Take off the К/В compressor drive belt. Turn out bolts (1 and 2) and remove a damper. Turn out a bolt (3) and remove a natyazhitel.
