4.7.13. Removal and installation of final collectors

Left collector

If the established hoses of naduvochny air are not fat-free also damp, it can lead to failure of a turbocompressor.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the lower protection cover. Remove the left turbocompressor (see the Section Removal and installation of a turbocompressor of the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases). Give nuts of fastening of a final collector and remove it. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and replace laying of a final collector. Grease carving hairpins with a thin layer of copper-bearing paste. Use new nuts of fastening of a final collector.

Right collector

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the lower protection cover. Remove the right turbocompressor (see the Section Removal and installation of a turbocompressor of the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases). Give all nuts on a final collector over. Give all nuts on a final collector from below and remove a collector. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and replace laying of a final collector. Grease carving hairpins with a thin layer of copper-bearing paste. Use new nuts of fastening of a final collector.
