4.7.6. Replacement of an oil separator of the PCV system

|
- Remove a radiator of the EGR system and the distributor of fuel.
- Execute the operations described in sections with 2 on 4 Sections the Diesel M67 engine.

|
- Turn out a bolt (1), give cap nuts (2), pick up the distributive phone (3).
|
|
|
- Give cap nuts (1), pick up the distributive phone (2) and disconnect returnable fuel tubes (3). Give cap nuts (4), pick up the distributive phone (5) and the distributor of fuel (6).
|
|
|
- Give a cap nut (1) and turn out the distributive pipeline (2) in the direction specified by an arrow.
|
|
|
- Cut a collar (1) and remove the holder (2) hoses.
|
|
|
- Weaken collars (1) and remove hoses (2).
|
|
|
- Release a water hose from a clamp and disconnect it from a cooling system tube.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1) and pick up the phone (2) EGR systems. Clear the surfaces interfaced to a tube and replace laying of a tube of EGR.
|
|
|
- Slightly raise a tube (1) of the cooling system and extend it from the case (2) thermostats.
|
|
|
If necessary replace a sealing ring in the thermostat case. |
|
|
- Slightly raise a plait (1) electrical wiring ки and pick up the phone (2) cooling systems.
|
|
|
- Give fixture on perimeter an oil separator flange.
|
|
|
- Remove the holder of a plait of an electrical wiring from a carving pin.
|
|
|
- Open a clamp of a water hose (1), disconnect it and remove an oil separator (2) PCV systems.
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Use new laying, establish them dry on previously cleared interfaced surfaces.
