Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a negative wire from the rechargeable battery. Remove the top cover of the engine and a casing of nozzles. Give threaded connections of pressure head pipelines (3) and remove pipelines, having released them from clamps. Separate the socket (1) and take out a box of an electrical wiring (2) the movement up. Press a bracket (1) and remove the movement the union (2) of the returnable pipeline up. Disconnect returnable pipelines (1). At installation in a case of damage replace sealing rings on unions of pipelines. Rasfiksiruyte also separate the socket. Turn out bolts. At installation pay attention to correctness of provision of a conic washer. Screw devices No. 13 5 422 in the released carving openings and by means of special adaptation No. 13 5 421 remove nozzles. If the sealing ring of a nozzle remained in a head of the block of cylinders, replace it. Clear landing surfaces of nozzles in a head of the block of cylinders. Turn out bolts (1) and sort the threaded connection (2). Sort the threaded connection (1) and remove the pressure head pipeline (2). Uncover a conclusion of the positive plug of the rechargeable battery, give a nut and take a positive wire of the rechargeable battery aside. Disconnect a fuel-supply line (1) from the filter, release fuel-supply lines (2) from holders (3) and take fuel-supply lines (2) aside. Collect the following fuel. Remove holders (1), unclench collars (2 and 3) and disconnect a hose (4). Turn out all bolts of fastening of a cover (1) of a head of the block of cylinders and remove it. Replace sealing laying. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a head of cylinders and its cover. Rearrange the CMP sensor on a new cover of a head of cylinders. If necessary replace a sealing ring of the sensor. Rearrange an arm (1) on a new cover of a head of the block of cylinders. Rearrange arms, a conclusion of the positive plug of the rechargeable battery and rubber plugs on a new cover of a head of cylinders. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

Right head of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove nozzles of the right number of cylinders (see the Section Removal and installation of nozzles of the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases). Give carving fastening. Remove a collar (1) of a plait of an electrical wiring and give a nut (2). Turn out bolts (1) and uncover (2). Turn out all bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders (see an illustration) and remove it. Replace sealing laying (see an illustration). Clear the interfaced surfaces of a head of cylinders and its cover. Establish laying (1), impose a sealing washer (2) and insert into it the plug (3). Use new laying. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
