13.2.11. Removal and installation of seat belts

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a front seat (see the Section Removal and installation of front seats). Remove a guard on a front seat and finishing of the central rack (see the Section Removal and installation of panels of finishing of racks of a body and ceiling). Separate the socket (1) natyazhitel of a seat belt and fix wires by a collar (2) so that the socket was not intense. Turn out the screw (1) and remove a natyazhitel of a seat belt. Pay attention to marking of provision of a natyazhitel of a seat belt to a seat. 1 — the Bolt 2 — the Washer 3 — the Returnable mechanism of an average belt 4 — the Lock washer 5 — the Left seat belt 6 — the Washer Remove a clip (1) and a bracket (2). Turn out the screw (3) and remove the returnable mechanism of a seat belt. At installation pay attention to marking of position of the returnable mechanism of a seat belt on the central rack. Be convinced of correctness of installation of a cable of the drive in a clip (1). Give a nut (1) and remove the taking-away ring of the mechanism of adjustment of a seat belt on height. If necessary remove the adjustment mechanism, having unhooked a drive cable. Installation is made upside-down.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a back of back sitting (see the Section Removal and installation of a back seat). Remove the shelf behind a back seat (see the Section Removal and installation of the shelf behind a back seat and blinds of back glass). Uncover. Wring out clamps and shoot a video. To remove the left and right returnable mechanisms of a seat belt. Turn out a bolt (1) of fastening of the right/left seat belt to the average returnable mechanism. Fixture of the right belt to the average returnable mechanism 1 — the Bolt 2 — the Washer 3 — the Lock of a zone belt 4 — the Lock washer 5 — the Right seat belt Fixture of the right belt to the average returnable mechanism 1 — the Bolt 2 — the Washer 3 — the Returnable mechanism of an average belt 4 — the Lock washer 5 — the Left seat belt 6 — the Washer Remove locks of the right and left seat belts. For this purpose unbend the cut-out part of a sound-proof covering (2) up and turn out a bolt (1). Installation is made upside-down.
