13.2.5. Removal and installation of finishing of the dashboard

- Disconnect a negative wire from the rechargeable battery.
- Remove finishing of forward racks (see the Section Removal and installation of panels of finishing of racks of a body and ceiling).
- Remove a combination of devices (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).
- Remove a safety cushion of the forward passenger.

|
- Release a clamp (1) and separate the socket (2). Turn out bolts and remove holders (3 and 4) of a safety cushion of the forward passenger.
|
|
|
- To turn out the top plastic nuts and remove a wooden level (1). In addition give a plastic nut on the left side of a level (2).
|
|
|
It is necessary to establish extreme plastic nuts by a nakatka to a level, and the central nuts – a hexagon to a level. |
|
|
- Turn out screws (1 and 3) and uncover a ware box (2) and an angular part of finishing (4) by the movement on yourself.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1 and 2).
|
|
|
- Wring out clamps and remove a wooden level (1), if necessary having separated the socket of a tempostat. Wring out clamps, remove a wooden level (2) and separate the socket. Take out sockets of an electrical wiring of switches of lighting (3).

|
At installation replace the damaged clamps and caps. |

- Turn out top (without pro-masonry washer) and lower (with a pro-masonry washer) bolts, remove the left ware box (1) and unhook a cable of an otpuskaniye of the parking brake.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts under a steering column.
|
- Remove the central deflectors of the HVAC system (see the Head of the Cooling system of the engine, heating, ventilation and conditioning).
|
|
- Turn out bolts with left and on the right side and remove the dashboard the movement on yourself and up, shifting it towards the right forward door.
|
|
|
- Remove laying (1 and 2) forward parts of the dashboard and a heater.
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments.
- Just before assembly of the dashboard to impose new laying of a forward part of the dashboard and a heater.
|
|
- Establish plastic guides (1) with left and on the right side and (2) on the center.
|
