13.2.4. Removal and installation of panels of finishing of racks of a body and ceilingA rack
|
|
- On models with a safety cushion in A rack:
|
|
- Remove a protective fringing on an overlay of a rack and take out a clip (1);
|
|
|
At installation check correctness of provision of a clip (2). |
- Remove an overlay of a forward rack the movement inside and up.
|
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Replace the damaged clamps and caps.
|
|
|
- On models with a safety cushion in a rack A soft uvula (1) of a cap (2) has to be turned towards a safety cushion (3), otherwise the clip (4) can damage a pillow.
|
|
|
B rack, lower section of finishing
|
|
- Remove overlays of thresholds of forward and back doors (see the Section Removal and installation of overlays of thresholds of doors).
- Move a seat to extreme forward situation.
|
|
- Partially remove a protective fringing from an overlay of an average rack. Wring out clamps of the lower panel of finishing of an average rack by the movement inside (1) and remove the panel of finishing by the movement (2) down.
|
|
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Replace the damaged clamps and caps.
|
|
|
B rack, top section of finishing
|
|
- Remove the lower panel of finishing of a rack of B.
|
|
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of a seat belt of forward sitting.
|
|
|
- Remove a protective fringing of the top section of finishing of an average rack. Wring out clamps of the lower section of finishing of a rack by B movement inside (1) and remove it the movement (2) down.
|
|
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Replace the damaged clamps and caps.
|
|
|
Rack of C
|
|
|
|
- Disconnect a plafond of the back lamp, remove it the movement up and separate the socket.
|
|
|
- On models with a safety cushion in a rack of C (with a badge 1) turn out screws (2) and remove facing (3) by the movement inside and up.
|
|
|
- On models without safety cushion in a rack of C turn out bolts and remove facing by the movement inside and up.
|
|
|
- When replacing the panel of finishing remove a noise isolation (1) from the old panel and paste it on the new panel.
|
|
|
Ceiling
|
|
- Remove all top hand-rail and finishing of all racks of a body.
- Remove the right front seat (see the Section Removal and installation of front seats).
- Uncover the top hatch (see the Section Removal and installation of a cover of the top hatch the Head Kuzov)
|
|
- Remove a sun-protection peak and lamps (1) of illumination of a cosmetic mirror. Separate sockets, remove slips from a support and the hinge and turn out screws. Slightly extend a wire and separate the illumination socket.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts and remove a protective framework. When replacing if necessary replace nuts in finishing of a ceiling.
|
|
|
- Remove a plafond of the main saloon lamp and separate the socket.
|
|
|
- Pick up and take out a cap, separate the socket.
|
- Rearrange a back of the left forward sitting in extreme back situation.
|
|
- On models to 05.1997 g of the issue pick up and take out clamps (1) with left and on the right side. Squeeze out finishing of a ceiling of metal pads by the movement back and remove it, shifting towards the right back door. On models from 05.1997 g of the issue squeeze out finishing of a ceiling of metal pads by the movement back and remove, shifting towards the right back door.

|
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Insert the device No. 51 4 000 in the basis of a covering of a ceiling and record an adhesive tape on a textile basis (2). On models with the block of connection of automobile phone, whenever possible, carry out over the block of connection of automobile phone (1).
|
- Press finishing (1) of a ceiling to adaptation No. 51 4 000 by the movement up, move against the stop forward and fix. Remove adaptation No. 51 4 000 and wipe back glass.
