13.2.12. Removal and installation of a cover of the top hatch

Do not use force when moving the movable panel of a roof. |
Removal
|
|
|
|
- Open a cover on 250 mm, verify bolts (2) so that the opening became free, and close a cover.
|
- Shortly press a key of opening of the top hatch and again stop it. At the same time a back part of a cover has to fall by 2 ÷ 4 mm.
- Slowly move the movable panel of a ceiling up to the end back and close a cover.

|
After that it is not allowed to make active a cover in the Open direction (danger of damage of the mechanism). |

|
- Give nuts and uncover the top hatch the movement up and back.
|
|
|
At installation replace nuts or process old nuts structure of Loctite 270. |

|
Installation
|
|
|
|
- As appropriate hook in front for a sled (2) on the left and right adjusting levers (1).
|
- Palm wring out a forward part of a cover with left and on the right side from below up. At the same time the cover should not rise. Adjusting levers at the edges of a cover have to enter gearing as appropriate.
|
|
- Wring out a lifting and movable cover of the hatch forward and tighten nuts (2) by hand.
|
- Lower a back part of a cover of the top hatch at a size of 2 ÷ of 4 mm.
- Slowly move the movable panel of a ceiling up to the end forward.
- Open a cover of the top hatch approximately on 250 mm, carefully wring out it up, screw the fixing bolts (2 on an illustration) from the left and right side and tighten them.
